Sometimes you may have seen that the computer display does not constant, some horizontal lines are coming over your display. The most common cause is your Display adapter does not support full hardware acceleration may be due to Old or Faulty Hardware, anyway before you buy a new graphics card just decrease the Hardware acceleration settings of the computer. I solved this problem several times by doing the same.

If you have the Flickering Display Problem just follow the Procedure below to Decrease the hardware acceleration settings.

Decrease the hardware acceleration setting.

1. Open Display Properties in Control Panel (To open Display Properties, click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then click Display for Category View or Start->Control Panel->Display for Classic View or Right Click on Desktop->Properties)
2. Click the Settings tab, click Advanced, and then click the Troubleshoot tab.
3. Drag the Hardware acceleration slider to the left.
4. Click OK, and then click OK again.

Restart the computer when you are prompted, and now you have successfully solve the flickering display problem on your Windows computer.
